       江蘇經緯軌道交通設備有限公司成立于2010年4月，位于江蘇省蘇州市吳中經濟開發區，為國家高新技術企業，是中國工業自動化領軍企業深圳市匯川技術股份有限公司（股票代碼300124）的全資子公司，專門從事軌道交通牽引傳動及控制系統的研發、設計、生產、銷售、技術支持及售后服務，具備整套牽引系統獨立投標權。公司主要為城市地鐵、有軌電車、動車組車輛提供配套的牽引變流器、輔助變流器、高壓箱、牽引電機和TCMS，年生產能力可

達800套變流器和高壓箱、3200臺中等功率牽引電機，滿足200多列列車牽引和控制設備的交付需求。

　　公司于2014年初開始，前后投入近3億元與斯柯達電氣開展了動車組、地鐵及有軌電車牽引系統的核心技術轉讓。在全面承接歐系技術平臺、完成核心技術轉讓的基礎上，依托母公司匯川技術一流的研發平臺和管理平臺，全面開啟了牽引系統的自主化研發工作，2017年9月，公司順利通過了中國城市軌道交通協會技術裝備專委會組織的自主化城軌牽引系統載客運營考核評審。

Jiangsu Kingway Transportation Co., LTD (hereinafter referred as KWT), founded in April, 2010, lies in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. As a national high-tech enterprise and a holding subsidiary of INOVANCE (stock code:300124) which is a leading corporation in automation industry, KWT specializes in R&D, design, production and sales, technical support and after-sales service of rail transit traction system. It provides VVVF, SIV, HV box, traction motor and TCMS for City Metros, Trams and EMU.

Since the beginning of 2014, nearly 300 million yuan has been invested to carry out the core technology transfer of EMU, Metro and Tram with Skoda. On the basis of the full acceptance of the European technical platform, and accomplishment of core technology transfer, relying on the first-class R&D and management platforms from the parent company INOVANCE, KWT fully started the independent R&D of traction system, and then passed the passengers-carried localization assessment hold by CAMET in September, 2017.

Closely focusing on the current development trend of “Green Rail Transit, Intelligent Rail Transit”, relying on the advantage of mastering core technology, taking technological innovation as the guide, and exerts independent R&D capabilities to create an international leading rail transit traction system, KWT has become one of the few domestic enterprise that has solutions and products of asynchronous motor traction, hybrid reluctance synchronous motor traction system, and metro direct drive PMSM traction system.In recent years, with strong technical strength and continuously improving brand influence, KWT has successfully won the bids and implemented a number of urban rail transit projects in china, including new line metro and tram traction system projects in Beijing, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Ningbo, Guiyang, Shijiazhuang, Nantong, Qingdao, Foshan, etc., as well as maintenance projects in Changchun, Wuxi, Ningbo, Suzhou and other places.
